Torrevieja’s general budget for 2027, including its autonomous bodies’ budgets and staffing establishment, is being made available for public inspection and the submission of objections for 15 working days.
The notice appeared in Alicante’s provincial official gazette on Tuesday 3 November, following the decision taken by the municipal council on Monday 2 November.
Where to inspect the documents
Interested parties can inspect the file at the municipal finance oversight office, Intervención Municipal, on the first floor of the town hall during public opening hours.
The notice links the calculation of the 15-working-day period to its publication in the provincial gazette and on the council’s noticeboard.
When the decision becomes final
If no objections are submitted during the public inspection period, the decisions will automatically become final.
Publication of the notice therefore opens the inspection and objections procedure following the council’s decision; it does not in itself mean that the budget is already final.
