Online sales for Torrevieja’s 2026 Bono Consumo shopping voucher scheme have been postponed until further notice because of technical problems with the digital certificate authentication platform.
The council announced the problem without setting a new date for online purchases to begin.
In-person arrangements remain unchanged
The postponement does not affect the announced timetable for buying in person: arrangements for appointments on 3 and 4 November remain in place, and in-person sales will start on Thursday 5 November.
Wednesday 4 November therefore remains one of the dates set aside for appointments; in-person sales are due to begin the following day.
Online reopening to be announced through official channels
The council and APYMECO, Torrevieja’s association of small and medium-sized retailers and a partner in the scheme, have apologised for the inconvenience and thanked residents for their understanding.
Both organisations have said they will announce the resumption of online sales through their official channels once the technical problems have been resolved.
