Torrevieja’s 2026 Bono Consumo shopping vouchers will go on sale online on Monday 2 November at 15:30, initially for people registered on the municipal population register as of 30 September 2026.

Mayor Eduardo Dolón and APYMECO president Jorge Almarcha Vicente signed the agreement on Friday 30 October for a campaign with an overall budget of one million euros.

Of this, €920,000 will fund vouchers and €80,000 will cover organisation and administration; the provincial council will contribute €893,995 and Torrevieja council €106,005.

Up to €200 in vouchers for €100

Adults and legally emancipated minors who meet the requirements can take part, with a purchase limit applied to each DNI or NIE identity number.

Each beneficiary can buy up to €200 in vouchers by paying €100: a €10 voucher will cost €5 and a €20 voucher will cost €10.

Online purchases must be made in the beneficiary’s own name using the accepted electronic identification and signature systems, until 31 December or until the available budget runs out.

In-person appointments and spending dates

Appointments for in-person purchases can be requested on 3 and 4 November from 09:00 at APYMECO, on the ground floor at Calle Ramón Gallud, 145.

In-person sales will run from 5 to 17 November, between 09:00 and 19:00 on weekdays and between 09:00 and 13:00 on Saturdays.

The vouchers can be spent from 9 November to 31 December 2026 at participating businesses, which will display the campaign’s identifying sign.

They will be personal and non-transferable, presented digitally or on paper alongside identification; several can be used in one purchase and combined with promotional offers.

Each voucher must be spent in full in a single transaction, without a remaining balance or cash change; unused vouchers will expire at the deadline without repayment or compensation, subject to statutory rights.

A possible second phase

If funding remains after the in-person sales period, the agreement allows a second online round without the municipal registration requirement, open to consumers with a DNI or NIE.
