Torrevieja’s Palacio de la Música will host the third Francisco Casanovas Young Talent Competition on 6 and 8 November, with three semi-final sessions on Friday and the final on Sunday morning.
The Municipal Institute of Culture is organising the competition with Torrevieja Conservatory to support young performers and showcase their musical training.
Semi-finals on Friday afternoon
The semi-final stage will take place on Friday 6 November, with sessions at 17:00, 18:00 and 19:30.
During this first day, entrants will give their performances in the selection stage ahead of the final.
Sunday final at 11:30
The final will take place on Sunday 8 November at 11:30, also at the Palacio de la Música.
The selected performers will return to the stage to compete for recognition in this third edition.
Named after Francisco Casanovas, the competition combines remembrance of his musical legacy with an opportunity for a new generation of musicians to present their work to the public.
