Torrevieja has awarded a €17,545 contract, including VAT, to draw up a document defining and planning Enclave 13 within the town’s General Urban Development Plan.
The commission concerns the site where Avanza, the urban bus operator, is required to build facilities supporting the service: a depot, workshops, offices and a charging station.
One month to complete the document
The small-value services contract, reference 54275/2026, was awarded to Jorge Juan Bernabé Brotons and has a one-month completion period.
The award is dated 2 October and the notice was published on 29 October; local coverage of the commission followed on 3 November.
Three bids were received and the awarded amount excluding VAT is €14,500.
The commissioned work is the planning document for the site; it is not a contract to build the depot or workshops.
