Torrevieja architecture practice ISI Arquitectos has won recognition at the European Property Awards 2026–2027 for LIGHTFALLS Phase II, a residential project developed in Campoamor with 17 Square.

The award falls within Residential Property for Spain, the category covering Spanish residential property, and its final level will be announced at the ceremony scheduled for 22 October in London.

The project’s award is already confirmed, although its final classification within the competition, and whether it receives a higher level of recognition, have yet to be determined.

A practice based in central Torrevieja

ISI Arquitectos is run by partners Isidoro Fernández Marín and Franco de Sena Cerdán García and is based at Calle Caballero de Rodas, 25, unit A, in central Torrevieja.

The partners retain their Murcian roots and have made Torrevieja their home and workplace, developing projects across the Costa Blanca and south-eastern Spain from their base in the city.

Their area of activity includes Finestrat and other parts of Alicante province, Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa, as well as the Region of Murcia, the Mar Menor and La Manga.

Residential design and construction supervision

The practice specialises primarily in residential architecture, working on newly built detached homes, comprehensive refurbishments, rehabilitation projects, extensions and interior design.

Its work also includes directing and monitoring construction, coordinating technical, building and design decisions while projects are being carried out.

Architectural visualisation is another area of its work, using three-dimensional images and renders to show clients the spaces, materials and intended appearance of a project before construction begins.

The technical practice also handles building regularisation, certificates, changes of use, licences and responsible declarations, alongside other technical and planning procedures.

The partners have expressed their satisfaction at gaining international recognition for a project developed in their own area, through a practice that continues its day-to-day work in the centre of Torrevieja.
